Lily

She opened her mouth
and lilies fell out
when she cried
honeysuckle bloomed, so sweet
the scent was almost sickening
and when her chest fell deep in breath
lavender blossoms filled her lungs



I don't know why my new obsession seems to be with dying and flowers and beauty, or maybe that was always my obsession.
